Our technicians diagnose media to assess the state and recoverability of the media. We strive to provide less than an hour turn-around time for your data recovery quote which will include:
- Estimated time-frame.
- Estimated chance of recovery (%).
- Whether spares are needed.
You can then make an informed decision to continue. After receiving signed approval, the recovery process can begin. |

We will keep you informed of our progress to the best of our ability. Recovered data will be stored on DVD (if 4GB or less) or a destination hard drive which we can provide.
No Recovery, No Charge!
In the event of a ‘no-recovery', you will not be invoiced for the attempted recovery labour. Any non-refundable fees will be stipulated on the quote beforehand which means: NO HIDDEN COSTS! |
