Our technicians diagnose media to assess the state and recoverability of the media. We strive to provide 2 to 3 hour turn-around time for your data recovery quote which will include:
- Estimated time-frame.
- Estimated chance of recovery (%).
- Whether spares are needed.
You can then make an informed decision to continue. After receiving signed approval, the recovery process can begin.

We will keep you informed of our progress to the best of our ability. Recovered data will be stored on DVD (if 4GB or less) or a destination hard drive which we can provide.
No Recovery, No Charge!
In the event of a ‘no-recovery', you will not be invoiced for the attempted recovery labour. Any non-refundable fees will be stipulated on the quote beforehand which means: NO HIDDEN COSTS!
