If the circumstances are such that you are unable to remove a failed unit and deliver it to our premises – for example if you just cannot afford to close down a computer, we can, under these special services, dispatch a technician to your premises to attempt data recovery in situ. We will carry out a telephonic troubleshooting in the same way as any other recovery process and give you a quotation based on the diagnosis.
