If you think that you have experienced some sort of data loss, whether it be corrupted files or files that have been completely deleted, we will be able to assist you with disk data recovery. But a couple of tips could prevent you from losing data in the future. If, like many people, you are using Microsoft Word as your word processor, when you have Word open, click on Tools, Options, Save and you will find a number of boxes you can check. Make sure that the “always create backup copy” is ticked, and “Save AutoRecover Info every” is ticked with a suitable time like 5 minutes. This could save you a whole lot of trouble in the future. Disk data recovery may not even be necessary when you have these boxes ticked. A little precaution taken early on can prevent a lot of grief at a later date.
