I just wanted to spend a moment to write to you about how pleased I have been with the service provided by Intratec Data Recovery.  You have literally saved my professional life!

In November of last year, my new Dell laptop "crashed,"  resulting in complete data loss.  Now I knew that I should have backed up the data, but like many naive users, I felt confident that with a new machine I wouldn't have to worry.  How wrong I was!

I first took the laptop to a highly recommended professional data recovery expert in Chicago, who kept it for nearly two weeks, but then reported that there was nothing that could be done to recover the data.  I then took it to THE major computer mega-store in Chicago, who replaced the drive, but once again gave me the bad news that the data was lost forever.

Intratec Data Recovery - testimonial

I manage a 300 user network. We have a strict disaster recovery plan in place, but this is not always 100% effective with regards to preventing company data from being lost. Intratec Data Recovery have assisted us on numerous occasions with the recovery of critical company information.

I felt the need to drop you an email in order to express my sincere gratitude for your speedy and very professional service.  You saved me from what would have been an almost impossible task !!

I am involved in the busy world of radio broadcasting and apart from my professional position as producer for the Good Hope FM Breakfast and Top 40 programmes, I run a production company of my own.  Recently I had the very unfortunate experience of having my main RAID computer drives crash.  Technical experts and colleagues said that I would most probably lose all the data on the two faulty drives.  I was really miserable at the thought of losing years of valuable work ... and material that I desperately needed for upcoming broadcasts.  As I'm sure most of your customers will admit, I had never had a drive crash on me before and was of the rather uneducated opinion, that hard drives are there to store your data safely ... and when they are full up, you add a new drive ... and besides who has time to constantly back up massive amounts of audio data.  Yep, we've all learned the hard way !!
